Bridges Collaborative Care Clinic

The Chapter has partnered with OHSU, PSU and the Transition Projects to create, implement, and run a sustainable student-driven health care clinic that will serve local homeless and insecurely housed people. The mission of the Bridges Collaborative Care Clinic is to engage vulnerable populations by providing low-barrier, participant-centered care and services in the Portland Metro area through an interprofessional, student-led clinic.

This center will not only provide direct health care services but will be a place for connecting to community resources and building community. Students will have the opportunity to learn and serve this community in an interprofessional setting; developing skills in collaboration, improvement science and community health improvement.
